Cleriti is growing and is looking for a motivated Digital & Content Marketing Strategist to help us move on up. The Digital & Content Marketing Strategist is responsible for working closely with our clients to deliver powerful, multi-channel digital campaigns and content strategy. Candidates must have experience planning and executing digital and content marketing campaigns. This position reports to the President of the agency.

  • The Digital & Content Marketing Strategist will partner with our clients to understand their business needs and target customers to develop winning digital campaigns that deliver results across all digital channels including content (blogs, videos, podcasts, white papers, etc.), social media, digital display, SEO, SEM, and websites. Taking a proactive, solution-based approach to addressing any issues that arise
  • Gather insights around our clients’ target customers to build robust buyer personas that will inform all content and communication plans.
  • Create content plans and tactical calendars that include detailed content themes and strategic direction to writers.
  • Assist in development of creative and project briefs that clearly articulate the client’s style, needs and the buyer personas.
  • Serve as a partner in marketing to prepare client presentations that could include monthly performance reports, creative work for review, incremental work proposals and the like.
  • Create complex lead nurturing campaign workflows that employ marketing automation tools such as HubSpot.

  • A minimum of a 4-year bachelor degree in marketing, English or other relevant area.
  • 3-4 years of agency or relevant digital marketing management experience
  • Have an understanding of digital marketing and integrated marketing campaigns and the production process to execute them specifically for B2B clients.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of the digital path to purchase and how to employ content marketing and lead nurturing to generate results for our clients.
  • Experience developing content marketing campaigns and directing content creation.
  • Experience communicating creative design needs
  • Track record of happy clients
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot required.
