Paid Search Manager

Freelance Opportunity

Cleriti is looking for a freelance Paid Search Manager that has both PPC and paid social experience for the planning, execution and maintenance of marketing campaigns for our clients. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Participate in forming effective paid search and paid social strategies
  • Launch and optimize various PPC, display and social campaigns
  • Oversee accounts on search platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Yahoo, Bing)
  • Responsible for keyword selection and audience targeting
  • Monitor budget and adjust bids to gain better ROI
  • Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports for management (e.g. dashboards) and clients
  • Write creative and concise ad copy that will effectively drive clicks
  • Continually optimize existing campaigns by adjusting levers, managing keywords and monitoring results
  • Suggest and develop new campaigns across multiple channels and continually optimize existing campaigns
  • Maintain partnerships with PPC ad platforms and vendors
  • Find ways to reduce risk of click fraud
  • Keep abreast of PPC and SEM trends

Requirements: 

  • Proven experience as a PPC Manager or Digital Marketing Specialist
  • No less than 2 years of experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Paid Search (PPC).
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts
  • Working knowledge of Google Ads Manager and Facebook Ads Manager
  • Working knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.)
  • Understanding of HTML and XML is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytical thinking with strong math skills
  • BS/BA in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field; AdWords certification is a plus
  • Experience with HubSpot is a plus
