PassportUSA was seeking to improve their sales processes and sought Cleriti’s help in developing and implementing a system that would activate their unused HubSpot database of contacts and allow their sales team to accurately qualify and prioritize leads.
Cleriti was brought on board to bring expert HubSpot knowledge and marketing strategy to develop a system that would automate the lead scoring process and simplify the sales cycle.
After developing a functional Buyer Persona that defined PassportUSA’s target audience, we developed a set of criteria that categorized leads by level of engagement. Using this engagement criteria, we created an email campaign that utilized HubSpot workflows to map out key engagement points and automate the sorting process. The segmented lists generated from the campaigns streamlined the follow up process and allowed the sales team to focus efforts on the most viable leads and , resulting in fewer wasted calls.
A supporting content plan provided the sales team with the strategy and tools necessary to nurture leads through to the final sale.
